General Delivery Information:
We request that you identify a minimum of a 2 hour delivery acceptance window. Special deliveries can be arranged including shipment by common courier. The published delivery schedule is subject to change without notice and is not binding on CBS.
Delivery in Charlotte:
Normal delivery schedule is the next business day following order acceptance by CBS. Some special order items may require additional time for delivery.
Delivery Outside Charlotte:
Delivery outside Charlotte is normally the next scheduled delivery day to that geographic area following order acceptance by CBS. Some special order items may require additional time for delivery.
