Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell to the public?
A: In order to offer our customers competitive pricing and quality service, our focus is strictly on the wholesale business.

What forms of payment do you accept for pick up customers?
A: We accept cash, Visa, American Express, and MasterCard from all customers. For those customers that have done business with us for at least 90 days, we will accept company checks.

What are your hours?
A: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday

Do you sell restaurant equipment or bar furniture?
A: If it is bigger than a blender, we don't sell it. We deal strictly in food service disposables and small wares. We do sell some small wares such as blenders. We can refer you to the appropriate distirbutor for your larger item needs.

Can I buy just a few glasses or do I need to buy the case?
A: Most items, including glassware, are sold in bulk and available by the case.

What is your delivery schedule?
A: Please refer to the delivery schedule under the delivery section.

What is the order minimum for delivery?
A: The delivery minimum is $50.00.

Do you charge for delivery?
A: We do currently have a fuel surcharge that fluctuates with the cost of fuel.

What is your return policy?
A: No returns are accepted without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and any additional freight costs incurred.

Can I get my logo on any of your products?
A: Yes, some of the products that can be customized with your logo are cups, beverage and dinner napkins, match books, and coasters. All items with logos must be prepaid and are subject to manufacturers' requirements as to availability, quantity, setup fees and plate charges.

Do you sell vermouth/ alcohol?
A: We do not sell vermouth or any products containing alcohol. Contact your local wine purveyor to find vermouth.
